TangoHelena, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation.  It is run by a volunteer Board of Directors, and right now the board members are:

Jeff Blend, Amy Christensen (treasurer), Chris Dorsi, Tim Jacklin, Marnie Knox, Patrick Marsolek, Art Powell (Vice President), Liz Reiman (secretary), Phil Robison (President), Julie Tabler, Ken Taylor, and Joe O'Connor.
